• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or

related technical discipline.

• Technical certifications related to HVAC, Electrical, or FM are an

advantage.

• 5–8 years of experience in Facilities Management or building maintenance.

• Experience supervising MEP maintenance teams in commercial,

residential, healthcare, or industrial facilities.

• GCC / Saudi Arabia experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building services.

• Experience with CAFM / CMMS systems.

• Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis capability.

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance planning.

• Lead technicians, operators, and maintenance staff assigned to the project.

• Coordinate with client representatives regarding maintenance activities

and service requests.

• Participate in client meetings and provide technical updates and reports.

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with HSE regulations, company

policies, and local authority requirements.

• Implement permit-to-work systems and risk assessments.

• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.

• Support internal and external audits and inspections.

• Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and asset records.

• Update CAFM / CMMS systems with work order status and maintenance

data.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

• Monitor spare parts usage and coordinate material requirements with

warehouse/procurement.

• Monitor asset performance and reliability.

• Identify improvement opportunities and energy-saving initiatives.

• Support lifecycle planning, equipment replacement recommendations, and

upgrades.

• Assist in asset tagging and inventory verification.

• Familiarity with safety regulations and permit systems.
