Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and optimize preventative maintenance schedules, ensuring minimal equipment downtime and maximum operational efficiency.
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment, identifying and addressing maintenance needs proactively to prevent future issues.
Managing the installation and commissioning of machinery and equipment.
Develop and manage the maintenance budget, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective solutions for all maintenance activities.
Ensure smooth functioning of packaging lines (printing, lamination, extrusion, slitting, thermoforming, etc.)
Ensure minimum downtime of production lines through effective troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or higher.
Minimum 7–10 years of maintenance experience in the packaging manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of maintenance processes, machinery, and safety standards.
Preferably with hands-on experience with PLCs
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
Must be familiar with ISO, GMP, and safety compliance standards.
