Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Installation of Dynamics AX 2012, Configuration, Troubleshooting infrastructure related issues
Dynamics AX Security System setup and administration
Installing hardware and software systems
Maintaining or repairing equipment
Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system
Setting up computer security measures
Configuring computer networks
Offering technical support on-site or via phone or email
Backups of MS SQL Server Databases, SharePoint, ERP
Train staff about potential uses of existing technology
Provide individual training and support on request
Provide recommendations about accessing information and support
Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources
Maintain log and/or list or helpdesk system of required repairs and maintenance
Hardware, software, printers and networks installation, administration and troubleshooting
Computer viruses and security management
E-mail and internet programs, and troubleshooting
Verbal/Written Communications, Decision-making,Team building skills
Analytical and problem solving skills
Effective verbal, presentation and listeningskills
Computer skills including the ability to operate MS Dynamics AX 2012 ERP, MS Outlook, Excel etc.
