Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

- Oversee daily bakery operations, including bread, pastry, and dessert production.

- Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.

- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of bakers and bakery staff.

- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

- Develop and implement new recipes and products.

- Maintain and update existing recipes.

- Manage inventory, control costs, and minimize waste.

- Source high-quality ingredients and suppliers.

- Ensure all baked goods meet quality and presentation standards.

- Conduct regular quality checks.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Diploma or degree in Baking and Pastry Arts or a related field.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a senior baking role.

- Proven track record of leadership and baking expertise.

- Strong baking and pastry-making skills.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
