Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Required Candidate profile
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients and production methods
Recipe development and standardization
Team leadership and scheduling
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 3 years in a Head Baker role
Must have hands on Experince in Food Production.
Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management.
Experience with Sourdough/Mother Yeast and Stone-floor Deck ovens
