Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate has strong experience in specialty coffee preparation and a deep understanding of coffee brewing techniques and customer service excellence.
* Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks with precision and care
* Maintain coffee equipment and ensure cleanliness of the work area
* Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming café environment
* Support daily café operations and contribute to smooth workflow
Desired Candidate Profile
* 3–5 years of barista experience* in a specialty coffee environment
* Proven skills in V60, Syphon, Chemex, Cortado, Piccolo, and Flat White preparation
* Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Must be currently based in or willing to relocate to Dubai
