Roles & Responsibilities

Experience in Indian street food (e.g., Chapati, Paratha, Dosa, Pani Puri, Chaat, Curry, Gravy, Biryani, also grill side as tandoori ).
Must know North Indian & South Indian styles.
Ability to prepare food quickly and maintain consistency.
