Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and innovate breakfast-focused menus aligned with brand identity

  • Lead daily kitchen operations with precision and efficiency
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards
  • Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and timely service
  • Manage inventory, control food costs, and minimize waste
  • Uphold food safety and hygiene protocols
  • Collaborate with front-of-house and management for seamless service
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and report issues proactively
  • Stay current with culinary trends and integrate them into offerings

Desired Candidate Profile

You should have:

  • Minimum 6 years experience as a Head Chef in high-volume, upscale casual dining or luxury hotel kitchens
  • Proven ability to manage kitchen operations and lead a diverse team
  • Strong background in breakfast and brunch menus
  • Relevant culinary qualifications
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Immaculate personal presentation
  • Clear medical and criminal record
  • Valid passport
