Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall finance function for MEA, including FP&A, controllership, compliance, and treasury
  • Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across multiple geographies
  • Partner with business heads to enhance profitability, cost optimization, and revenue growth
  • Ensure strong financial governance, internal controls, and regulatory compliance across markets
  • Own regional P&L and deliver insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Lead cash flow management, working capital optimization, and capital allocation
  • Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing regional finance team
  • Collaborate closely with global stakeholders on reporting, audits, and strategic initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile

Must Have

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory
  • 12+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably within FMCG or consumer businesses
  • Strong experience managing multi-country or regional finance operations
  • Proven track record of handling large P&L responsibilities and business partnering
  • Understanding of MEA markets is a strong advantage
  • High ownership mindset, energy, and a positive, solution-oriented approach
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
