Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize the reception area to reflect Le Majlis standards
- Manage phone lines and respond to booking inquiries
- Track daily covers, no-shows, and generate reservation reports
- Upsell retail pastries, special promotions, and events
- Collaborate with management on service improvements and guest feedback
- Maintain Seven Rooms database accuracy and cleanliness
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years experience as a hostess, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Previous experience in upscale hotels or standalone restaurants
- Expert knowledge of Seven Rooms
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations during peak service
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Candidate should be available in UAE
- Should be able to join immediately
