Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Leadership, rigor and attention to detail.
As Head Housekeeper, you are responsible for ensuring excellent service on all floors and actively contribute to providing an impeccable guest experience, in accordance with the hotel's standards. You ensure the well-being of guests throughout their stay and unite your teams around a culture of quality and performance.
Your main responsibilities:
Organize, coordinate and supervise the internship service on a daily basis.
Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance and compliance of rooms and common areas according to the establishment's standards.
To supervise, train and motivate the teams (maids and chambermaids, team members)
Develop schedules based on activity and optimize resources
To monitor the quality of services and carry out regular inspections
Manage customer requests and complaints with professionalism and responsiveness
Manage inventory, linens, and guest amenities.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety procedures and presentation standards.
Communicating priorities and operational information effectively to the entire team
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience of at least 5 years in the Housekeeping department, including significant experience as a Housekeeper
- Strong skills in team management and operational management
- Excellent organization, rigor, and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
- Natural leadership, strong communication skills, and a team spirit.
- Fluency in French is required (English is an asset)
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and a results-oriented culture
