Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and engagement
- Lead and manage a team of marketing and events professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of major corporate events and marketing campaigns
- Manage marketing and events budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and media outlets
- Drive digital marketing initiatives and integrate emerging technologies into marketing efforts
- Ensure all marketing and event activities comply with UAE regulations and cultural sensitivities
- Report on marketing and event performance metrics to senior leadership
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in marketing and events management, with a proven track record of success
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Proficiency in developing and managing marketing budgets
- Expertise in digital marketing, brand development, and project management
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic
- In-depth understanding of the UAE market, culture, and business practices
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute successful marketing campaigns and high-profile events
- Strong network within the UAE business community
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision making
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- UAE National status is required for this position
