An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head Mixologist to join Jumeirah The Red Sea.

• The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
• Ensure punctuality and maintain a professional demeanor by greeting colleagues and reporting to the supervisor promptly, demonstrating enthusiasm for duties.
• Take full responsibility for bar operations, including adhering to HACCP standards, SOPs, cleanliness, and all related tasks, while leading and supervising the bar team.
• Develop innovative cocktails, specials, and recipes for special occasions and events, showcasing creativity and expertise.
• Maintain the Mix trolley and oversee its tasks on the floor, ensuring its smooth operation.

Represent the establishment in external and internal bartending competitions, mentor junior colleagues, and advise on participation.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications :

• 3 5 years of experience in bartending or mixology within a luxury bar, restaurant, or hotel environment
• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, leading bar teams to deliver exceptional service
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage trends, and luxury guest preferences
• Ability to manage bar operations, including team performance, service standards, and guest experience
• Passion for crafting memorable guest experiences with a creative and detail-oriented approach to beverages
