Roles & Responsibilities

u>Administrative personnel management:  

  • Supervise the maintenance and updating of employee administrative files.
  • Ensure the management of contracts, assignments, leave, absences and disciplinary sanctions.
  • Track staff movements: recruitment, integration, transfer, promotion and departure.
  • Ensure compliance of administrative decisions with current regulations.
  • Manage relations with social organizations (CNAS, CNR, labor inspection).

u>Payroll and Benefits Management:

  • Oversee the preparation and control of salaries, bonuses and allowances.
  • Ensure compliance of tax and social security declarations.

u>Human Resources Development//u>

  • Identify recruitment and training needs.
  • Implement performance evaluation and monitoring tools.
  • Promote skills development and staff motivation.

u>Administrative and logistics management:

  • Supervise general services: security, transport, hygiene, mail, maintenance.
  • Ensure the availability and proper use of material resources.
  • Monitor the administrative and logistical budget.

u>Social relations and internal communication:

  • Be the management's contact with staff representatives and unions.
  • Promote a calm and constructive social climate.
  • Disseminate and enforce unit management decisions

Desired Candidate Profile

  • University degree in Human Resources, Law, Management Sciences, or equivalent.
  • Confirmed experience of 2 to 5 years in a similar position (HR Manager or Head of Administration).
  • Excellent knowledge of labor law and administrative personnel management.
  • Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, HRIS, payroll software).
  • Good knowledge of procedures.
  • Rigor, sense of organization and confidentiality.
  • Team spirit and communication skills.
  • Analytical mind, reactivity.
