Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Technical & Execution Responsibilities Smart Contract Lifecycle: Oversee the deployment and rigorous testing of all Ethereum-based (ERC-20) Smart Contracts, including the FNTR token, staking mechanisms, and dividend distribution logic. Audit Management: Act as the primary liaison with CertiK (security auditor) to manage the security audit process, ensure timely completion, and oversee the remediation of any vulnerabilities identified in the code. DAO Roadmap Delivery: Lead the four-stage implementation of the DAO governance framework, ensuring the successful activation of the off-chain voting system (Snapshot) and the subsequent transition to the Full On-Chain DAO by Q4 2026. ICO/Token Launch: Manage the technical preparation for the Public Sale on Uniswap , including liquidity provision, token burning of unsold tokens, and implementation of the Vesting and Lock-up schedules for private investors. Cross-Functional Technical Integration: Coordinate with the trading division to define the technical requirements for the Oracle Mechanism (to securely feed audited profit data to the Smart Contract for dividend distribution). Required Qualifications and Skills (Hard Blocks) Experience: Minimum [5+] years in Project Management, with at least [2-3] years of direct, demonstrable experience managing the end-to-end lifecycle of a DeFi or Web3 project (ICO/DAO/Token Launch). Technical Proficiency (Mandatory): Deep understanding of Solidity and Smart Contract development on Ethereum. Proficiency with decentralization tools (e.g., Gnosis Safe, Snapshot, Subgraph). Familiarity with Cryptography, Blockchain Security Audits, and Tokenomics design principles. Compliance Awareness: Understanding of the regulatory implications of token launches (avoiding Security classification) and experience implementing KYC/AML protocols for token sales. Certifications (Strong Plus): PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or specialized Blockchain Certifications (e.g., CBT, Certified Blockchain Developer).
