Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

CIB Head is responsible for driving the growth, strategic direction, and risk management of the bank's corporate client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to grow the corporate and investment banking portfolio, optimizing returns while maintaining a prudent approach to risk.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Actively attract new corporate clients and strengthen relationships with existing large-scale clients, providing tailored financial solutions.
  • Product Development : Oversee the development and delivery of comprehensive banking solutions, including financing, capital raising, advisory services, and treasury management.
  • Credit Risk Management : Conduct thorough financial analysis of client statements, evaluate project feasibility, and monitor the quality of the credit portfolio in compliance with Central Bank of Jordan regulations.
  • Internal Collaboration : Coordinate with treasury, retail banking, and risk management departments to cross-sell products and manage group-level risks.
  • Reporting : Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and the Board of Directors.

Key Qualifications
