Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a corporate product and service strategy aligned with business objectives, including product roadmaps, pricing, and market positioning for 4G and 5G technologies.
- Lead the design and development of innovative products tailored for corporate clients, ensuring alignment with industries like Manufacturing, Logistics, Healthcare, and Retail, addressing their specific pain points.
- Monitor the corporate telecommunications market, competitors, and customer needs to guide product enhancements and adjustments for 4G and 5G offerings.
- Drive revenue growth through pricing optimization, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives within the corporate segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, acting as a trusted advisor and promptly addressing their requirements and concerns.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team across product, marketing, and customer support functions to ensure successful execution for existing and new customers.
- Ensure compliance of products and services with industry regulations and advocate for necessary regulatory changes.
- Oversee budgeting and financial performance to maintain cost-effectiveness and profitability.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance corporate offerings, collaborating with technology companies and service providers, with a deep understanding of target B2B verticals.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and Technology teams to provide market feedback and influence product roadmaps based on customer demand and competitive dynamics.
