Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic & Leadership
- Define and own the overall data strategy across the venture builder and portfolio companies
- Develop and prioritize data roadmaps aligned with business goals
- Introduce new technologies and improve tooling (including AI-driven analytics workflows)
- Mentor product analysts and manage the Data Engineering team
- Develop growth plans and performance frameworks for team members
strong>Operational & Cross-Functional
- Partner with product managers, founders, and stakeholders to define analytical needs
- Translate business goals into measurable metrics and data models
- Ensure consistency of KPIs across portfolio companies
- Support strategic projects with deep analytical involvement
strong>Hands-on Contribution/strong>
- Write and optimize SQL queries in BigQuery
- Design and review data models
- Build and review Airflow DAGs
- Validate dashboards in Superset
