Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders. Support and guide junior team members to improve performance and commercial capability. Collaborate closely with Production, Supply Chain, Finance, and Logistics to ensure smooth execution of sales orders. Represent the company professionally in all commercial interactions. Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements. Negotiate and recommend bulk sales contracts within DOA-approved thresholds. Propose pricing and discount structures for approval in line with DOA. Commit volumes and delivery schedules in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in FMCG, food commodities, or agri-business. Proven experience handling bulk product volumes Experience managing domestic and/or international key accounts. Exposure to revenue and margin accountability.
