Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop financial policies and processes aligned with accounting standards and investment agreements.
Own all finance processes including procurement, revenue management, and reporting.
Provide financial and non-financial analysis to department managers, including operational reporting via Business Intelligence.
Oversee monthly management accounts and KPI development using real-time dashboards.
Manage external advisors for tax and audit and oversee statutory accounts and group audit.
Ensure company reporting and compliance, leveraging advisors efficiently.
Partner with departments to optimize revenue, cost efficiency, and financial performance.
Support the CEO with financial analysis and Finance Systems strategy.
Control group cash position and cash flow forecasting.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualification
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or any other relevant field.
Accounting professional qualifications (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
Required Experience
Total (8+) years of professional experience, (Required)
Preferred = within a similar leisure 'Guest Experience' driven environment E.g. Hospitality/ Leisure
