Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Main tasks:

  • To provide rolling stock in sufficient quantity, quality and on time
  • To provide document reproduction services of all kinds according to the required quality standards
  • Ensuring the safety of property and people, and preserving the environment
  • To ensure the maintenance of the company's headquarters real estate

Duties (tasks and responsibilities)

  • Monitor and address any risks that could compromise the achievement of assigned objectives, implement appropriate actions to address risks and opportunities impacting compliance with requirements, and evaluate the effectiveness of actions taken.
  • Propose an operating budget for the department
  • To provide rolling stock in sufficient quantity, quality and on time
  • N negotiates and offers transport subcontracting contracts
  • D. Define the methods of reproducing and binding company documents
  • Ensure the duplication and preparation of working documents according to the required quality standards.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of work equipment
  • To ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the company's headquarters real estate
  • To ensure compliance with quality standards and deadlines for completed work
  • To take charge of the missions of protecting the assets and people at the company headquarters
  • to develop rules governing the movement of people, equipment and goods within the perimeter of the company's establishments
  • Ensuring the preservation of the quality of the physical environment of the company headquarters

En mati re de QHSE :

  • Respect and enforce the general safety instructions and rules in force within the Company and its structures
  • Ensure the application of the procedures and rules dictated within the framework of the Integrated Management System.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System by:
    • Report any observed anomalies, malfunctions, or failures that could negatively impact the quality of services/products, the health and safety of workers, or the environment.
    • To propose, if necessary, actions and measures
    • To be involved in awareness-raising, dissemination, and popularization activities regarding company policy, in order to establish, instill, and consolidate the Integrated Management Spirit at all levels and in daily management activities.
    • Raising awareness of the process approach and the risk-based approach
    • Capitalize on all feedback, decide on the need to revise the planned arrangements, and share the acquired or modified knowledge with colleagues.

Desired Candidate Profile

General education: engineering degree, or university level

  • Professional training: Master's degree in Management (security and environment)
  • Professional experience: 10 years
  • Availability: Immediate
