Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

What awaits you:
  • You translate business goals into a coherent Hub People Strategy along the entire HR value chain
  • You take full responsibility for day-to-day HR operations in your local entity, including hire-to-retire processes and labor relations
  • You act as a strategic HR business partner for top management within the MEIA region as well as sparring partner for managers and employees in your local entity
  • You lead and develop local HR teams within your hub and drive HR synergies with a strong focus on operational excellence
  • You ensure high-quality HR data, derive insights and support data-based decision-making across the hub
  • You represent your hub in global HR initiatives and implement global HR standards, policies and projects locally

Desired Candidate Profile

What you bring to the table:
  • You hold a university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a comparable field with an HR focus
  • You bring deep operational HR experience and socializazion in the MEIA region as well as profound knowledge of local labor laws
  • You have a strong hands-on mindset and proven experience in managing day-to-day HR operations, including hire-to-retire processes and employee relations
  • You have senior-level HR generalist experience in an international, matrix-driven organization
  • You have proven leadership experience and are confident in consulting and coaching senior business leaders
  • You combine strategic thinking with a solution-oriented mindset and strong implementation capability
  • You communicate fluently in English and act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
