Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and career development.
- Partner with senior management to support business goals and workforce planning.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll in line with industry standards.
- Drive HR digital transformation and ensure best practices in HR operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Requirements: " The ideal candidate should have experience in a large scale orgnaization"
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master s degree or HR certification is a plus).
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role within a large scale orgnaization
- Experience working in organizations with 200+ employees .
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive cultural change and manage HR projects effectively.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving abilities.
