Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the organization’s goals, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Oversee talent acquisition processes, ensuring a diverse pool of candidates and a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives that reflect company values and drive employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems that promote continuous feedback and professional growth among employees.
  • Advise management on employee relations issues, mediating disputes and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Conduct workforce planning and analysis to predict future hiring needs and align talent management with business objectives.
  • Develop and oversee training and development programs that enhance employee skills and prepare them for future leadership roles.
  • Implement compensation and benefits strategies that are competitive and equitable, attracting top talent in the industry.
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive decision-making and enhance overall organizational performance.
  • Lead change management initiatives, guiding the organization through transitions with effective communication and support.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
  • At least 7-10 years of progressive HR experience in a managerial or senior role, ideally within a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Professional HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar are strongly preferred to demonstrate expertise.
  • Experience in diverse industries, particularly in technology, healthcare, or finance, to bring varied perspectives to the role.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus to facilitate communication in a diverse workforce.
  • A proven track record of successful talent management strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance performance.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication and relationship-building with all levels of staff.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and translate them into actionable strategies for improvement.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams through change and challenges.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, willing to embrace innovation and implement best practices in HR management.
