Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with the bank s business goals and growth plans.

Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee programs compliant with CBE regulations and Egyptian labor law.

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies, including the hiring of leadership and operational teams.

Lead performance management, career development, and succession planning initiatives.

Ensure competitive compensation and benefits structures aligned with market standards and internal policies.

Promote a positive organizational culture, employee engagement, and internal communication.

Partner with senior leadership to support change management and organizational transformation initiatives.

Ensure HR systems and processes are efficient, scalable, and secure.

Monitor HR metrics and prepare regular reports for the executive

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s/Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 15 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within banking or financial services.

Strong knowledge of CBE HR regulations, labor laws, and compliance requirements.

Proven experience in recruitment, talent management, performance management, and HR policy implementation.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and organizational development skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment and drive HR initiatives from the ground up.
