Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the organisation s IT strategy aligned with business goals
• Oversee all aspects of IT, including infrastructure, networks, applications, security, hardware, and software
• Lead cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring robust protection, compliance, and risk management
• Advise the business on IT architecture, systems implementation, and digital transformation
• Manage vendors, budgets, and IT roadmaps
• Drive continuous improvement and introduce scalable processes and governance
• Explore and implement emerging technologies, including AI-driven solutions, where appropriate

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role
• Strong generalist IT background across infrastructure, networks, applications, and security
• Experience working in SMEs or scaling businesses, with the ability to introduce enterprise-level practices
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach when needed
• Demonstrated experience advising leadership teams and influencing business decisions
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and risk management
• Exposure to or interest in AI technologies and their business applications
