Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Real Estate Market Intelligence Unit, setting research priorities, workflows, and output standards.
• Design, build, and maintain a structured market intelligence framework covering commercial, residential, and mixed-use sectors across Dubai.
• Produce high-quality market reports, sector outlooks, investment briefs, and strategic analyses for internal teams, clients, and developer partners.
• Track and interpret macroeconomic indicators, policy changes, and regulatory developments affecting Dubai s real estate market.
• Develop and manage a live database of market transactions, project pipelines, pricing trends, and supply-demand dynamics.
• Provide data-driven strategic support to the Commercial, Residential, and International Investor divisions.
• Identify emerging investment opportunities, underserved submarkets, and high-growth commercial corridors across Dubai.
• Build and maintain relationships with data providers, developers, research institutions, and government bodies (e.g. DLD, RERA, Dubai Statistics Centre).
• Prepare strategic presentations, market briefings, and investment case studies for senior stakeholders, HNW clients, and developer meetings.
• Lead Chainex Real Estate s thought leadership output including market reports, white papers, and quarterly investor briefings.
• Support business development by delivering market intelligence that strengthens client proposals and competitive positioning.
• Monitor competitor brokerage strategies, market share, and service offerings to inform Chainex Real Estate s strategic planning.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director and division heads to align intelligence outputs with the firm s commercial objectives.
• Ensure all research outputs comply with data governance standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor junior research team members as the division grows.
• Perform additional tasks as required by senior leadership.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, Business Strategy, or a related field required; Master s degree preferred.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in real estate research, market intelligence, strategy consulting, or a senior commercial advisory role in the UAE.
• Solid knowledge of Dubai s real estate market across commercial, residential, and mixed-use sectors.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate clear strategic conclusions.
• Proven experience producing professional-grade market reports, investment briefs, and client-facing presentations.
• Proficient in market intelligence platforms such as Property Monitor, REIDIN, or Bayut Pro, alongside advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience working with CRM systems and structured data management.
• Commercially minded with the ability to connect research outputs to real business decisions and client outcomes.
• Strong understanding of Dubai Land Department transaction data, RERA regulations, and UAE property frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality outputs under pressure.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and present to senior executives, investors, and developer partners.
• Collaborative team player who can work effectively across divisions and support a wide range of stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, professional integrity, and commitment to accuracy in all research outputs.
• Flexible working schedule when required to meet business and client needs.
