Job Description (Brief)
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead the marketing function, drive growth, enhance brand presence, generate leads, and support customer retention across all channels. This role is responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy while leading a high-performing marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals and vision.

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team.

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, content, email, events, social media, and more.

  • Manage brand positioning, messaging, and ensure consistency across all platforms.

  • Collaborate with sales, product, and other departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.

  • Own and optimize the marketing budget for maximum ROI.

  • Track and report key performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and overall marketing performance.

  • Build relationships with media, partners, and industry influencers to enhance brand visibility.

  • Drive PR, communications, and thought leadership initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership position.

  • Hands-on experience with both B2B and B2C marketing strategies.

Functional Competencies

  • Expertise in digital marketing, analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, SEO/SEM, etc.).

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Data-driven approach with analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.
