Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives, focusing on the UAE market.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team, providing mentorship, setting performance goals, and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media, ensuring effective ROI.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats specific to the UAE landscape.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and tracking of expenditures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns in the UAE market.

  • Strong understanding of the UAE consumer behavior, cultural nuances, and market dynamics.

  • Experience in managing marketing budgets and optimizing ROI.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO/SEM, and content management systems.

  • Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred.

  • Need Arabic speaker with good english communication skills.
