Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the assessment and tracking of student progress, utilizing data to inform instructional strategies and promote continuous improvement across all year groups.

  • Manage the departmental budget and resources effectively, ensuring the provision of high-quality learning materials and equipment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possess a Master's degree in Mathematics or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in mathematical principles.
  • Hold a recognized teaching qualification, such as a PGCE or equivalent, showcasing a commitment to pedagogical excellence.
  • Have at least 5 years of experience teaching mathematics at a secondary school level, with proven results in student achievement.
