Roles & Responsibilities
Qualification Level:
Graduate (Bachelor’s degree) in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field
MBA / Management Postgraduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Business Analytics is a plus
Experience Level:
10+ years of progressive experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or analytics
Proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven marketing strategies
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Oversee paid media campaigns, including SEM, social media ads, display, and affiliate marketing.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROI, ROAS).
Lead and mentor the performance marketing team to achieve KPIs.
Collaborate with product, creative, and analytics teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Report to leadership on campaign results, insights, and strategic recommendations.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
