Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main activities:
- Provide administrative support for employees (contracts, decisions, certificates, leave, absences, administrative files).
- Ensure that personnel files are kept up to date.
- To monitor staff movements: recruitment, integration, transfer, promotion, departure.
- Check the payroll details.
- Ensure compliance with internal regulations and labor laws.
- develop HR dashboards.
- Produce periodic reports related to staffing levels, absenteeism, training and recruitment.
Required skills:
- Mastery of Algerian labor legislation.
- Good knowledge of HR procedures.
- Proficiency in office tools and HR software.
- Writing and administrative skills.
- Sense of organization and confidentiality.
- Leadership and team spirit.
- Rigour and analytical skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
Desired profile:
- University degree in Human Resources, Law, Management or equivalent.
- Professional experience in the field of human resources.
- Experience in team management preferred.
