Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Main activities:

  • Provide administrative support for employees (contracts, decisions, certificates, leave, absences, administrative files).
  • Ensure that personnel files are kept up to date.
  • To monitor staff movements: recruitment, integration, transfer, promotion, departure.
  • Check the payroll details.
  • Ensure compliance with internal regulations and labor laws.
  • develop HR dashboards.
  • Produce periodic reports related to staffing levels, absenteeism, training and recruitment.

Required skills:

  • Mastery of Algerian labor legislation.
  • Good knowledge of HR procedures.
  • Proficiency in office tools and HR software.
  • Writing and administrative skills.
  • Sense of organization and confidentiality.
  • Leadership and team spirit.
  • Rigour and analytical skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

Desired profile:

  • University degree in Human Resources, Law, Management or equivalent.
