Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the primary school team, fostering a collaborative and innovative learning environment that promotes a growth mindset and student agency.
- Oversee the implementation of the primary school curriculum, ensuring alignment with UAE educational standards and best practices while incorporating international perspectives.
- Manage and evaluate the performance of primary school teachers and staff, providing constructive feedback, professional development opportunities, and support for continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, addressing their concerns, providing regular updates on student progress, and promoting active parental involvement in the school community.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; a Master's degree is highly preferred, demonstrating a commitment to advanced learning and leadership.
- Holds a valid teaching license or certification, such as a PGCE or equivalent, showcasing professional qualifications and adherence to educational standards.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of experience in primary school leadership roles, including experience in the UAE, revealing practical experience and local knowledge.
- Exhibits a deep understanding of the UAE educational system and curriculum, particularly in relation to primary education, highlighting relevant expertise.
