Head of QA | Automation (Selenium/Cypress)

Our client in KSA is seeking a Head of QA to ensure total reliability across the remittance platform. The role will define and implement automated testing strategies, oversee performance and stress testing, and guarantee defect-free transaction processing across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated testing frameworks to ensure robust, repeatable validation
• Oversee performance, load, and stress testing of transaction systems
• Drive end-to-end QA strategy to achieve zero defects in production
• Collaborate with Development, DevOps, and Product teams to integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines
• Establish QA governance, standards, and metrics to monitor quality across the organisation
• Mentor QA teams to build technical expertise and a culture of quality and accountability

Requirements

• Proven experience in QA leadership within fintech, remittance, or digital banking platforms
• Expert in automation frameworks such as Selenium or Cypress
• Experience testing mobile wallets, payment gateways, or high-volume financial transaction systems
• Strong knowledge of performance, stress, and security testing practices
• Leadership experience, with ability to guide and mentor high-performing QA teams
