Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for website and digital platform enhancements, projects, and change requests.

  • Prepare functional specifications and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

  • Facilitate and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for website and digital platform releases, ensuring compliance with quality standards and testing guidelines.

  • Coordinate with business teams, developers, and vendors to resolve defects and ensure smooth testing cycles.

  • Monitor incidents, service tickets, and system issues related to digital platforms and ensure timely resolution within agreed service levels.

  • Provide technical and functional support for ongoing initiatives, projects, and operational requests.

  • Assist in reviewing vendor proposals and technical solutions to ensure completeness and alignment with business requirements.

  • Track projects, change requests, and enhancements from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines.

  • Support go-live and post-go-live activities for website releases and system upgrades.

  • Provide periodic reports and updates on project progress, testing results, and system performance.

  • Identify improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements to digital platforms and processes.

  • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to system development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and standards.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support integrations with other systems through APIs and interfaces.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Requirements:

    • Strong experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system validation.

    • Experience in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.

    • Understanding of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.

    • Knowledge of website and digital platform environments.

    • Familiarity with SQL/Oracle databases and basic technical troubleshooting.

    • Basic knowledge of programming or web technologies such as Java, HTML, JavaScript, or CSS is an advantage.

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

    • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in IT, Business Analysis, or UAT testing, preferably within digital or web platforms.

    • Experience working with digital channels, website platforms, or customer-facing systems is preferred.
