Identifies potential for improvement in the area of responsibility, provides consultation, and contributes to enhancing overall service delivery.

Leads and develops the recruitment team, defining clear objectives, tasks, and responsibilities.

Plans and monitors team activities to ensure full coverage of all recruitment stages and timely response to business requests.

Manages and optimizes sourcing channels and tools, including outsourcing companies, recruitment agencies, and digital platforms.

Establishes and maintains strategic partnerships with universities, technical schools, and professional institutions to build sustainable talent pipelines.

Continuously evaluates and implements innovative sourcing solutions to attract diverse and high-quality candidates.

Develops and executes employer branding strategies to position the company as an employer of choice in the market.

Oversees the planning and implementation of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activities, ensuring alignment with the company s values and community objectives.

Partners with the Corporate Communications team to promote CSR and employer branding initiatives internally and externally.
