Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team in the MENA Region to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Thriving with a Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (preferred).
- Mastering 5 10+ years of experience in forex, CFD, or financial services sales.
- Steering with at least 3 5 years in a senior management or leadership role.
- Commanding a strong understanding of trading platforms (MT4/MT5), forex products, and leverage trading.
- Achieving greatness with a proven track record of hitting high revenue targets in MENA markets.
- Building bridges with a strong network of IBs, affiliates, and retail trading clients as a strong advantage.
- Leading the way with excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is highly preferred.
