Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with regional business goals, driving revenue and market share growth.

Lead, structure, and optimize sales teams, fostering collaboration with relevant stakeholders to deliver unified customer engagement.

Implement and continuously improve sales processes, using data and Aggreko opportunity screening criteria, to ensure consistently high performance, allocating sales resources to the best opportunities.

Drive talent acquisition, development, and retention to build a high-performing, motivated sales organization.

Oversee CRM and sales enablement technology adoption, including AI, to enhance productivity and data-driven decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

10+ years of experience in Sales/Business Management with proven Middle East market experience

Experience with Disciplined Sales Execution methodologies in engineered energy and temperature control solutions

Proven senior sales leader with experience building and leading high-performing sales teams in complex, solution-based environments.

Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to develop compelling business cases and growth strategies.

Demonstrated success growing revenue within existing strategic accounts and developing new markets.

Experience engaging senior executives, C-level stakeholders, and government or regulatory bodies.

Entrepreneurial mindset with experience operating in fast-paced, dynamic business environments.

Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
