Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop software engineers and QA teams, ensuring high performance and growth.
• Establish engineering standards, best practices, and code quality guidelines.
• Define and execute technical roadmaps aligned with business and product goals.
• Oversee backend development using PHP, Laravel, and relational databases.
• Architect scalable platforms and guide decisions on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Lead the implementation of AI-driven features, including LLMs, RAG pipelines, and automation workflows.
• Design and manage system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and ensure data synchronization with external platforms (ERP, WMS, logistics, etc.).
• Ensure timely project delivery, manage deployments, and oversee infrastructure, system reliability, and performance.

Qualifications

• 4 10 years of experience in software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with PHP and Laravel frameworks.
• Proven experience building scalable web platforms and enterprise systems.
• Solid experience with API integrations and distributed system architectures.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Fluent in English

• Background in supply chain, logistics, or ERP systems.
