Experience Required

• 8+ years of overall IT experience.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Technical Lead or Senior Developer role.

• Banking or Trade Finance domain experience preferred.

Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in the TI Plus product, Java technologies, Oracle database, and cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.

• The candidate should possess solid understanding of APIs, system integrations, and enterprise banking/trade finance applications.

• The role involves leading technical design, development, support, and cloud transformation initiatives while coordinating with business and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical development and support activities for TI Plus platform and related applications.

• Understand and manage TI Plus product configurations, workflows, interfaces, and integrations.

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and middleware components.

• Work on REST/SOAP APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration solutions.

• Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud teams for deployments on Azure and AWS environments.

• Analyze business requirements and provide scalable technical solutions.

• Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and root cause analysis.

• Manage Oracle database interactions, query optimization, and stored procedures.

• Support release management, production deployments, and environment coordination.

• Guide junior developers and provide technical leadership to the team.

• Coordinate with vendors, business users, and external stakeholders when required.

• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and coding standards.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of TI Plus product/application.

• Hands-on experience in Java/J2EE technologies.

• Good understanding of Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL.

• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, and API integrations.

• Knowledge of Azure and AWS cloud platforms.

• Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud deployments.

• Experience with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices preferred.

• Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.

Domain Knowledge

• Banking or Trade Finance domain knowledge preferred.

• Understanding of trade lifecycle, payment processing, and enterprise banking integrations is an advantage.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to lead technical discussions and solution design sessions.

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
