Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise all general services activities: logistics, transport (by car), maintenance, building and equipment management.
- To ensure the management and enhancement of the organization's movable and immovable assets.
- Set up a system for monitoring and inventorying heritage.
- to prepare and monitor budgets related to general resources and asset investments.
- To ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the infrastructure.
- Manage contracts with service providers, suppliers and maintenance companies.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and regulatory standards.
- To supervise and organize the department's teams.
- To provide effective logistical support to the various departments.
Desired Candidate Profile
- University degree (BAC+4) in Management, Logistics, Administration, or equivalent
- Proven experience (minimum 7-10 years) in a similar position, ideally in the industrial or mining sector.
- Good knowledge of the regulations in force in Algeria.
- Mastery of asset management techniques and fixed asset monitoring.
- Skills in budget management and contract negotiation.
- Sense of organization, rigor, leadership and confidentiality.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
