Mission Description

Plan and implement productivity actions to achieve performance objectives.
- Ensure the full deployment of SPW tools in the workshop.
- Prepare and manage changes (new products, equipment, organization).
- Implement the necessary resources to comply with production standards.
- Coordinate resource allocation with Supervisors, Shift Managers, and HR to cover absenteeism.
- Define and manage action plans in crisis situations (non-conformities, shortages).
- Conduct VRS (Standard Work Audits) and implement corrective actions.
- Work collaboratively with engineering, quality, and other support functions.
- Evaluate team performance and skills, and set improvement objectives.
- Develop skills, train, and coach teams (technical, SPW, leadership).
- Propose career development and promotions for employees.
- Monitor early warning signs and take action to maintain a positive work environment.
- Manage employee relations and implement policies, procedures, and disciplinary measures.
- Participate in budget preparation, validate resource needs, and monitor commitments.
- Identify and implement corrective actions in case of budget discrepancies.

Profile

Master's degree (Bac+5) in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Skills in team management and on-site employee relations.
- Mastery of key issues (Safety, Management, Quality, Cost, Deadlines, Environment). -
Knowledge of industrial processes for automotive series manufacturing.
- Mastery of problem-solving methods and production tools and standards.
- Fluency in French and operational English (B2 level) for communication and meetings.
- Expertise in automotive painting will be an asset.
