Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
To handle sales and marketing operations of Al Maha Ceramics and Al Hael Ceramics in Middle East and achieve budgeted numbers for sales, collection along with identifying new markets and new customers to enhance reach for Ceramics and porcelain products. He will be providing strategic leadership to the company and to lead the team under him to drive the profitable and sustainable growth. Bringing innovations and developing new product profile and keeping the premium positioning of the brand will be the key responsibility.
Desired Candidate Profile
Relevant experience in the field of Ceramics / Porcelain in GCC or in allied building material industries.
Arabic National
Experience of working in GCC / Middle East Market
Proven experience of leading a high potential team and to keep the premium positioning of the brand.
