  • Quick learner and gaining the product knowledge in short period of time.
  • Hunt for accounts, new customers and act as the primary contact and negotiator for assigned key accounts and keyclient product segments.
  • Develop account and project penetration strategies and action plans based on analyzing and prioritizing opportunities, determining the required resources, and understanding the decision making and internal influencing dynamics.
  • Responsible for securing specifications for targeted projects and /or company standards, ensuring that client range of products is the desired solution for key applications of customer.
  • Negotiate, coordinate, and implement pricing agreements aimed at increasing share of wallet and improving overall account profitability.
  • Develop and maintain appropriate contacts at all relevant levels to understand and secure the fulfillment of customer requirements.
  • Timely and precise report preparation and maintaining personal database of business activities
  • Represent client at Trade Fair & Exhibitions.
  • Invite key decision makers from customers for the same.
  • Giving technical presentations at client offices.
  • Day to day, report to your Strategic Business Manager, who will also be responsible for your success.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience working in SALES with TILES & SANITARYWARE Products. Also able to handle the Architectural products. Experienced in handling the key accounts, sales, field engineering, sales management, business development, or equivalent required.
  • Proven track record of successful sales achievements related to project account development and implementation including specifications and standard creation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong conceptual thinking skills and the ability to utilize creative and innovative approaches in problem-solving Demonstrated entrepreneurial thinking skills
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High degree of organizational awareness and ability to navigate organizational matrix to leverage resources.
  • High level of motivation and customer focus, continuous improvement mentality required in a fast-paced result-oriented environment.
  • Ability to lead and inspire others.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification

MBA, Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering or related field required

Required Industry Experience-

Tiles & Sanitarywares and Architectural Products. Preferred experience in any, HANSGROHE, VENESTA, VILLEROY & BOCH, DURAVIT, GUOCERA, TARKETT, GEBERIT, RAKO, AXOR, VERSACE, PORCELANOSA, GEESA, CERA, BRADLEY. Architectural products such as Washroom cubical, Commercial Carpets, External Floor Decking (WPC), and commercial door entrance mats.
