Role Overview
We are hiring Front of House Service Staff across multiple levels to support our restaurant operations in the UAE. This includes Head Waiter, Waiter, and Runner roles.
These positions play a key role in delivering a high-quality guest experience through attentive service, smooth service flow, and strong teamwork. Candidates will be assigned responsibilities based on experience, capability, and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Service & Guest Experience
• Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient service to guests throughout the dining experience
• Ensure accurate order taking, delivery, and table service
• Maintain high standards of presentation, pace, and service etiquette
Service Flow & Team Coordination
• Support smooth table flow and service timing during busy periods
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure accurate and timely service
• Assist with clearing, resetting tables, and maintaining clean service areas
Leadership & Section Oversight (for Head Waiter level)
• Lead service execution within an assigned section
• Supervise waiters and runners during shifts
• Act as the first point of escalation for guest or service issues within the section
• Support onboarding and on-the-job coaching of junior team members
Operational Standards
• Follow service SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards at all times
• Maintain professional grooming and brand representation
• Support opening, closing, and shift handovers as required
KPIs & Success Metrics
• Guest satisfaction and service quality
• Speed, accuracy, and consistency of service
• Team coordination and reliability
• Compliance with service and hygiene standards
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Requirements (by level)
Head Waiter
• 3+ years’ experience in a quality hospitality environment
• Proven ability to lead a section or small service team
• Strong guest-facing and communication skills

Waiter
• 1–3 years’ experience in a waiter or service role
• Good product knowledge and service fundamentals
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Runner
• Previous hospitality experience preferred but not essential
• High energy, strong teamwork, and reliability
• Ability to work quickly and support service flow during peak periods
