Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a passionate and people-focused Health and Wellness Officer to join our team and lead employee wellbeing initiatives across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and promote employee mental and physical wellbeing through regular wellness checks
Conduct site visits to accommodations and work locations to assess welfare conditions
Provide guidance, counselling, and mentorship through face-to-face engagement
Track employee concerns and ensure timely resolution
Organize wellness programs, engagement activities, and awareness initiatives
Identify early signs of stress or mental health concerns and escalate appropriately
Maintain confidential wellness records and submit periodic reports
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, HR, Social Work, Occupational Health, or related field
4–6 years of relevant experience in employee relations or wellness roles
Strong interpersonal, counselling, and communication skills
Ability to work across multiple locations
High level of empathy, confidentiality, and professionalism
