Job Description

The Health Care Quality Officer plays a vital role in ensuring that health care organizations maintain high standards of patient care through rigorous quality control measures and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in quality management within healthcare.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and accreditation processes.
  • Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills to inform decision-making processes.
  • Effective communication skills necessary for collaboration with healthcare professionals.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and implement quality improvement initiatives effectively.
  • Proficient in using quality management software and health records systems.
