Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough site inspections and audits to proactively identify and mitigate potential hazards, ensuring workplace safety.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs and procedures tailored to specific operational needs and regulatory compliance.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence, driving continuous improvement.
  • Provide expert training and guidance to employees on safety protocols, hazard awareness, and emergency response procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field; a strong foundation is essential.

  • Holds relevant certifications such as NEBOSH or OSHA, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and industry standards.

  • Demonstrates 2-4 years of experience in a similar HSE role, ideally within the construction, manufacturing, or oil and gas industries.

  • Exhibits a deep understanding of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
