Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

· Installing and configuring computer hardware like servers, desktops, laptops, software, IT networks, printers, scanners, telephone systems, etc. · Troubleshoot and resolve problems promptly. · Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. · Ensuring security and privacy of networks and computer systems. · Maintaining IT hardware and software inventory. · Configuring and managing Avaya IP phones.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Setting up accounts for new users, on-boarding, and off-boarding employees. · Certified professionals in Microsoft and Networking would be most preferred. · Proficient user of Windows 10/11, Microsoft365, and Active Directory, and can provide support for these applications. · Minimum 3 Year of working experience in the same field
