Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design the general organization and evolution of the information system architecture according to the company's needs and technological opportunities.
  • To develop applications and make them easily usable by the people concerned.
  • Formalize user needs to improve the system.
  • Implement or monitor the installation of equipment, the network, and the interconnection of all the company's IT resources.
  • Email server management.
  • Troubleshooting email servers.
  • Creation and monitoring of user accounts.
  • Manage the network and the IT infrastructure.
  • Assist and train users.
  • Supervision of IT service providers (if needed).
  • Manage IT security (access permissions, protections, etc.).
  • Maintain the network and IT infrastructure to guarantee and improve their performance, reliability and security.
  • Ensure the application of procedures (coding, confidentiality, backup, security).
  • To intervene on construction sites when the company needs personnel.
  • Participate, as needed, in the commissioning of the CFA systems of the company's clients, in collaboration with the design engineer in charge of the file.
  • Possibility of intervening for an end customer of the company in the context of after-sales service and/or warranty of installations, if needed, in collaboration with the intervention manager.
  • Technical diploma or bachelor's degree in computer science.
  • 03 years minimum experience in the field of helpdesk and IT support.
  • Protocol r bucket TCP/IP, WAN, LAN.
  • Microsoft Server: AD, User Management, File Management.
  • Syst me d exploitation Microsoft et Mac : win 7, win 10, mac.
  • NAS: Storage array management.
  • Computer security: Antivirus, Firewall.
  • Good knowledge of database management.
  • Good knowledge of application software (commercial software, graphics and drawing software).
  • Familiar with time management equipment (time clock).
  • Familiar with security systems: CCTV, Access control.
